Raseto is head of biomedical engineering with more than 14 years work experience. He obtained his Bachelors degree in Biomedical engineering at the university of Southern California, Los Angels, USA.

He joined Mediland in April 2011 to date. From February 2007 – March 2011 he was the technical manager in the Biomedical Engineering Dept in company called Waesi (PTY) (LTD) here in Gaborone, Botswana. Goabaone also served in the Public sector as a Biomedical Engineer under the Ministry of Health and Wellness from June 2004 – January 2007. 

During his time, he served in Nyangabgwe Referral Hospital, Sekgoma Memorial Hospital and Princess Marina Referral Hospital. Amongst his other duties, Raseto manages company clientele, monitors and schedules equipment service, develops and implements management control systems, supervises of technical personnel, coordinates service and maintenance of laboratory diagnostic equipment.

He is registered with the Biomedical Engineering Society of Botswana (BMESB) as well as the Botswana Health Professions Council (BHPC).
