Daniel Bathusi is the Chief Pharmacist of Mediland Healthcare Distributors responsible for Operations and Quality Assurance. He joined Mediland in February 2011 as a regulatory pharmacist before he progressed to become the Business Development and Quality Assurance pharmacist, a portfolio which covered identification of niche products and search, identification and forming of business Collaborations with prospective suppliers (attended the CPHI, Mumbai, 2011, 2012, IPHEX 2014, Mumbai). 

With his international exposure during his studies in Trinidad and Tobago, he became instrumental locally in establishing a unique project of Choppies group retail chain pharmacies also known as Pulse Pharmacies (with some branches operating within the retail stores). Prior to joining Mediland, Mr Daniel Bathusi worked as a pharmacist and pharmacist intern preceptor at Princess Marina Hospital and was a member of several committees within the hospital including Diabetes Society. 

A qualified pharmacist and BOBS certified QMS auditor, Mr Daniel Bathusi has 11 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry and he is currently leading a QMS project within Mediland aimed at ensuring provision of quality service within the Healthcare Sector. He is a member of Pharmaceutical society of Botswana.
